Bart Anderson and Damon Walton are business founders and growth architects with more than 60 years of combined experience building, operating, and scaling high-performance organizations across multiple industries.

Together, they have launched, scaled, advised, or acquired 100+ businesses, including franchise systems, healthcare companies, service-based organizations, and technology-enabled ventures.

But what ultimately shaped The Legacy Father wasn’t just business success.

It was living through the cost of success - and refusing to accept it as inevitable.

Over the course of three decades each, Bart and Damon built companies while sustaining 30+ year marriages and raising three children apiece, applying the same structure, discipline, and rhythm they now teach. They’ve lived both realities:

•  The business built on effort alone
• And the business designed with systems that support success - at work and as a father.
   

Their journey began in chiropractic and functional wellness, where both built multi-clinic organizations that became case studies in operational precision, leadership development, and scalable growth. That foundation expanded into a multi-industry career that includes:

• Scaling three national franchise models, supporting launch operations, multi-state expansion, and enterprise-wide systems. 
• Co-founding ChiroSystems, a successful nationwide practice-launch organizations. 
• Leading the national Launch Division for what, at the time, was the largest chiropractic franchise in the U.S. 
• Developing and directing one of the most successful DNA-Based Weight Loss programs in the country.
• Coaching and advising hundreds of founders, CEOs, and leadership teams across healthcare, finance, real estate, professional services, and family-owned enterprises.

This depth matters - because systems that aren’t designed for real life don’t hold when responsibility multiplies.
